Q: Just multiple choice questions?

Hi,
It looks like the app just provides text based multiple choice questions with 4 options.
Is that correct?
1) Can you insert images, audio, animations, links to videos in question stem and options?
2) Possibility of other questions types - memory game, short answer fill in the blank, drag and drop etc?
3) Daily, weekly leaderboards?
4) Ability to embed in iframe, on a web site?
5) Shuffle question options each time you do quiz?
5) Use questions pools? (select 10 questions from pool of 20)
6) Marketplace for selling quizzes?

A: Thanks for the detailed questions — love how thoroughly you’re exploring Kvistly! Here’s a breakdown:
1. Question Format: Yes, Kvistly currently supports multiple-choice questions with four options and one correct answer.
2. Media Support: You can now add images to questions — this is one of our newest features. We’re exploring audio, video, and more interactive media down the line.
3. Other Question Types: Not supported yet, but great suggestions (short answer, memory games, drag-and-drop). We’re collecting feedback to shape our roadmap.
4. Leaderboards: Right now, leaderboards are shown per game, you can track performance by quiz and audience in your admin dashboard.
5. Embed on Website: iFrame embedding isn’t available yet, but it’s on our radar.
6. Shuffle Questions: Yes — you can easily shuffle/reorder questions with one click inside the editor.
7. Question Pools: Not available currently. All questions are used as created, but we’ll consider adding pool-based selection in the future.
8. Quiz Marketplace: We don’t have a marketplace yet, but we love the idea. Are you interested in creating quizzes with us?

We’re still early stage and growing fast, so your feedback really helps us prioritize the right features.

Elana, on point 4, can I suggest a session-based approach for each quiz? This way, you can view the information for each session separately. I'm thinking about this for my workshops when onboarding companies to a new tool. I'd like to use a single quiz multiple times but separate the data by session (workshop) so I can collect it correctly and analyze what each specific group is lacking or excedin

Hi Roxana,
You can absolutely use the same quiz across different sessions, and each session will be tracked separately in the reports. This is how our clients use Kvistly — for example, inDrive uses the same quiz across multiple onboarding groups and analyzes performance by session to spot knowledge gaps.

These are very good suggestions. Analysis shows customization, varity, and personalization are the current trends.

For the shuffle question, can that be automatic, or does it have to be manual per quiz? Like each new session, I have to go in the backend and "shuffle" the questions manually vs it being automatic for certain quizes.

Currently, you can shuffle questions manually in the editor — either randomly or by dragging them into a new order. However, it’s not automated per session yet. We’re exploring the option to auto-shuffle questions for each new game, and your feedback helps us prioritize that.
