Q: Security Controls for Collaborators

Is there a way to limit what collaborators can do when they are invited? We'd like for a collaborator to have the ability to launch a quiz but not delete the questions. Also, if a collaborator launches a quiz that the owner created, are they limited to the AppSumo tier level of users or the free number of users?

A: Currently, collaborators have full access to the specific quiz they’re invited to — this means they can edit, launch, and delete questions within that quiz. However, they won’t see or access any other quizzes on your account.

When a collaborator launches a quiz, it runs under your account’s AppSumo tier limits — so they will benefit from your plan’s player capacity and features.

Thank you for the clarification. Down the line, we think it would be helpful for some of our use cases to have a role that could only administer or launch a quiz without any editing capabilities.

got it, it is a bit advanced on our stage, but we will work on it in the future
