Q: Custom Payment option

Hello! If Stripe or PayPal are not available in our region, can we have a "custom payment" option where we can include a short instruction and a link pointing to our preferred local payment gateway? This will be very helpful. Thank you!

A: Hi! Frankly, we don’t have a "custom payment" field or manual instruction option for smooth checkout with non-integrated processors just yet.

In the meantime, some users handle this by using a custom redirect. In your form settings, you can set the "success" action to redirect the user to a specific "thank you" page after they submit an order. On that page, you can include your local payment instructions and a link to your preferred gateway. It will work fine in case your price is fixed and you can have multiple payment links for multiple amounts. With dynamic carts and e-commerce, it won't be possible.

We are always looking to expand our payment options to support entrepreneurs in different regions. Could you tell us which local payment gateway you use? Knowing the specific service helps us prioritize our next integrations.
