Growing_UpQ: Digital Download Option
Hi, I am trying out kvitly with the intention to buy it on AppSumo. Looks good, except that my store only has digital download products and there is no option to upload the file in the product section. It is not a good user experience to redirect the customer to another place after the purchase.

Feb 1, 2026A: Hi! We appreciate the feedback. Yeah, we know the current process for digital products isn't the smoothest, and improving this native "upload and deliver" experience is already on our roadmap for this spring.
In the meantime, the most reliable way to handle now this is through our automation tools:
- Automated Delivery: You can configure an automated email to be sent immediately after a successful payment or order. In that email, you can include the direct download links to your files (hosted on a service like Google Drive or Dropbox).
- Redirects: You can also set your form to redirect the customer to a specific "Success" page right after payment, where you can display the download links directly or even redirect to a page with content you want to share.
We’re a work in progress and we’re building this based on feedback. Can you please tell a bit more about what digital content you want to share? Is it a course with video lessons, some files or something else?

Thanks, I'll need your help, yes. The digital content is artwork files (zip folder of PDF, PNG, vector files plus instructions and terms of use document). The site will have 50+ products with new ones added. I have Launch Cart that handles digital products with file security features as well as integrations for physical goods with ShipStation, Printful, etc. Kvitly has its own strengths.
