1. Selling digital products: For now, we can suggest adding a link to your digital file (like Google Drive) in the "Success Message" that is being sent to a buyer after a purchase. However, we plan to review our flows for digital products this Spring. While the full scope isn’t finalized, improving this experience is a big priority for us.
2. Funnels and CRM: We don’t have a dedicated "funnel builder", but you can have different variations of collecting leads and processing orders. We have a native form builder with no limit, so you can combine different landing pages and forms to create the journey you need.
Once an order is placed, you can manage everything in our built-in CRM with a custom pipeline. Just a heads-up: currently, notifications can only be triggered by order creation or a successful payment, we don't have other custom triggers yet.
3. Email integrations and notifications: We support Webhooks and Zapier, which lets you connect 🌱kvitly to almost any tool (like Mailchimp or Klaviyo).
Also, you can send simple emails directly from 🌱kvitly. These can be automatically triggered by a new order or a successful payment, so you can stay in touch with your customers right from the platform.
We try to keep our platform focused on being a simple, fast assistant for your business. If your workflow requires deep, native automation for digital goods right now, we might be a bit basic, but as mentioned, we're working on changing that soon.
