Q: Does the CRM have phone dialing capabilities?

A: Hello! That’s a great question! 📞

Unfortunately, our CRM does not have direct phone dialing (VoIP) capabilities built into the interface at this time. Our CRM currently excels at:
- Capturing leads directly from your AI-powered website.
- Organizing customer contact info and interaction history and building a custom pipeline.

For phone calls, most of our users currently use their preferred mobile or desktop calling apps alongside 🌱kvitly.

We’re always listening to feedback, though, so if integrated calling is something your business really needs, let us know! It helps us shape our future updates.

Definitely looking for an all in one, to keep track of calls made to the contacts made in the crm, transcribing those calls, and automating followups using AI based on the notes in the calls.
