Slock08Q: Whitelabel & 15 projects
For the “white label” feature which is limited to 15 projects:
1) If I build, say, “store1.your-domain.com” then “store2.your-domain.com”, is that considered 1 project or 2 projects? Note: email will send from [email protected] for both. So, basically, store 1 is separate and owned by a different person than store 2.
2) Is there a limit to custom domain and subdomain volumes per project?
3) Is there a limit to custom domain and subdomain volumes per Whitelabel agency account (Tier 4)?

Mar 7, 2026A: Hi! So sorry for the delay with the answer! Here is the direct breakdown of how projects and domains work:
1) Project count: These are 2 separate projects. Each independent store or website is counted as its own project, even if they use subdomains of the same root domain. This keeps the orders, customers, and settings for Store 1 and Store 2 completely separate.
2) Domains per project: There is no limit. You can point as many domains or subdomains as you like to a single website (e.g., "shop-one.com", "shop-two.com", and "store.shop-three.com" pointing to the same website). However, one of these addresses will always be the main.
3) White-label account limits: There are no special limits for domains on Tier 4. Websites in a White Label account behave exactly like our standard websites; you just get the benefit of your own branding on the dashboard and login pages.
