Q: Whitelabel questions.

Hi — I’m evaluating Tier 4 for a white-label dealer website offer.

A few questions:

1. Under the white-label plan, can products be imported via CSV?
2. Can a finished website / theme / project be duplicated or cloned into a new customer account?
3. If yes, does the duplicated site keep the product catalog, pages, forms, and settings?
4. Can a client then log in under our white-label instance and edit/customize that duplicated site on their own?
5. Is there a practical workflow where we build one master template, import products, then copy that setup into multiple customer accounts to speed up onboarding?

My use case is creating templated dealer websites with preloaded products so customers can launch quickly and then customize/add their own products and services later.

A: Hi! This sounds like a good use case for 🌱kvitly. Here are the specifics for your questions:

1. CSV import: Yes. We support bulk import and export for products via CSV to help you manage large catalogs efficiently.

2. Cloning projects: This is currently an internal tool, but we are moving it to the Agency Dashboard soon. It’s a straightforward addition that will allow you to duplicate a finished project into a new account.

3. Data duplication: Currently, cloning copies all pages, forms, and settings, but excludes the product catalog to keep the new site clean. However, we can adjust this logic to include products.

4. Client customization: Yes. Your clients can log in via your white-label instance and use the Visual Editor to customize their site. We are also adding a feature to disable public sign-ups so you can maintain manual control over who enters your instance.

5. Master template workflow: Absolutely. You can build a master website and we will set it as a template for your instance. When you create a new client website from that template, all structure and products are carried over. Currently, designating a site as a "master template" is handled through our support team rather than a self-service toggle.

Let us know if any further clarification is needed! We're happy to talk more about it.
