Q: Abandoned Tool? Lack of communication and support is outright disrespectful!
Hi KWhero Team,
Has this project been abandoned? I have personally reached out to the team with an issue and received NO response since Nov 2024. I intentionally came here to discover if my question could be answered here. Unfortunately, it seems the latest responses were in October of 2024. Similar to what others have previously mentioned there have been no updates or communications, however, the deal is still available on Appsumo.
Can this be classified under the "We Got Your Back Guarantee" because the lack of communication while they are still on Appsumo is extreme boldness of not giving a (fill in the blank). This tool was not inexpensive and for your team (KWHero) to disappear removes any faith in your product and team once it's no longer listed on Appsumo.
Is there a magical 2025 update being implemented?

I've emailed them as well, but haven't received a response. Additionally, the data doesn't seem to have been updated since launch. I've been periodically testing the same search terms, and the results are identical to those from a year ago. This lack of transparency and communication is very disappointing, especially given the price...
