Q: Hi there, I bought the Tier 2 to test.

In theory, all of this looks good. I tested a bit by setting the location to Singapore in content, but the analysis took some credit and the answer was 0 useful and metric. I couldn't do anything but im sure the local search engine results page (SERP) was filled with this keyword. So, I'm wondering what I should do next. I tried 5-6 cases, but all resulted in zeros, wasting credits on nothing useful. How are we supposed to handle markets other than the main one in the keyword tool?

A: Hi Bobby,

Really sorry about the inconvenience that this must've caused you.

I tried replicating your experiment right after reading your concern by setting KWHero's content creation tab to Singapore and searching for a key phrase.

The analysis brought up several NLPs for me to use in the content and within the headings, too.

It was also able to scrape the web for competitors who are currently ranking for the same keyword. I did a side-by-side comparison of KWHero's representation of the SERPs and the SERPs themselves and found them to be pretty much the same.

Is there a chance that you were trying to do keyword research instead of content creation? If yes, Singapore isn't fully supported for keyword research yet and that might be why you're having difficulty getting any useful results.

Otherwise, please shoot us an email via support@kwhero.com explaining the issues you're having and we'll be happy to take another look at the problem.

Thanks.

Thank you. I will take another look. It seems that selecting Singapore may result in less meaningful content in the content plan. I suppose I will need to broaden my search and give it more time. Does the article creation still work and receive a score even if we don't have official results in the KWHero dashboard? If I know this keyword performs well in SERanking or SEMrush, I won't need more information. I will simply focus on creating the best article based on this keyword and who is on the SERP. Please let me know how I can do this or direct me to where I can find more information.

Hey Bobby,

Yes, article creation should work just fine, even as we work on improving our keyword research database.
