For example I buy the tier3 I will have 25 credits, and if I add my own API I will have 250 credits.
So my questions will be, for the 1st 5 articles, will it charge to my API?
Or my API will only be charged on the 6th article onwards?

As I answered your other questions, you do not get both credits, you only get one or the other depending on which API key you use, your or ours. So if you bring your own API key, you only get the 10x credits, you do not get the plan credits + 10x.
For your specific case, if you add your own key, you get 250 credits, that is 50 article. All of them are charged to your API key.
In there case, can I use the given credit first? Once I have used up the given credit, then I add my own API key?
