TommieQ: The number of AI credits is ridiculously low if you compare to the plans on your website.
Eg. your Basic plan includes 50 AI credits. To reach that level of credits here one would have to buy the 500 USD tier. Really with such a difference this doesn't seem like a deal for Appsumo.

May 15, 2024A: Please keep in mind that this is a lifetime deal for a tool with plenty of other features, most of which pair up quite well with our retail plans.
The 5 AI credits on the base plan are actually the equivalent of about 25,000 GPT-4 tokens, and competing tools usually provide between 1000 and 3000 GPT4 tokens on their base plans, or will use GPT 3.5 which is a subpar model.
We burn through tens of thousands of GPT4 tokens to create a single quality article, and things like NLP optimization burn up a lot more tokens, so providing the retail AI credits lifetime isn't financially feasible in any way that doesn't bankrupt us within weeks I'm afraid.

do you plan to offer an option to add your own OpenAI API Key? 🙂 I know that seowriting.ai does this and it is a great compromise for you to save costs and for users to use the tool extensively.
