Hi rodmelsto, I had exactly the same question until I did a research for about 35 words (niche in Spain and Spanish language). To my big surprise the LESS accurate was Aherfs as it was appearing more than 90% of the words with very low difficulty. About the Volume, I can tell you that half of them were close with Semrush. I was surprised to see this. On the other hand comparing also KWhero with Semrush's results it was about 75% close to what I found. but I have not stopped there. I also compared with ubersuggest and SquirrlySEO KW research tool. Ubersuggest's results were the opposite of Aherfs. I mean 95% of them appeared to have high and very high competition, while KWHero and Semrush said something different. About the volume I found Ubersuggest more accurate that Aherfs if we take Semrush as refference. And squirrlySeo a bit better than Ubersuggest. Honestly I trust much more the results I found in KWhero for Spain rather than Aherfs. Very few things (2-3 words that did not appear in kw research. And just to tell you that one month ago I was not happy at all when I tried first the KWhero search. Now, I am all in to this software and they have done a fantastic job. My personal opinion and hope it helps. Soon I will use these 35 keywords for a client and as a result I will be able to see at the end the impact and the organic results
