Not Impressed...

I was initially really excited for KWHero because the UI looked nice and it was using GPT 4 but then I used it and was not impressed.

1. The keyword database is very limited. I'm in the US and my first search returned 17 keywords. I know he's been promising a database update for quite some time but I've owned it for almost 60 days and haven't seen any updates roll out.

2. When it comes to the outline and article itself, there doesn't appear to be any special prompts powering KWHero. I have another AI tool with web access and I asked GPT 4 to "create an outline based on the top 10 search results for a given keyword that has the best chances of ranking #1 in Google" and the results were identical to KWHero. I'm not sure why I would use this now?

3. I don't like how dependent KWHero is on the SERP results. I would prefer more human intervention in the writing process, especially given the recent Google updates.

4. Editing is a tedious process (eg: it creates a lengthy outline and if you're not happy with the number of words it chose for you in each section, you have to go through the headings 1 by 1 and update them in amounts of 25).

5. The team is small, development is slow and innovation is lacking.

These are the primary reasons I chose to refund.

1. Yes, dealing with billions of keywords takes time. I've apologized for being late before, but will definitely be avoiding providing "estimates" moving forward.

2. I honestly doubt the results were "identical". Choosing different competitors will ALWAYS output a different outline, and if we did nothing else there like you're claiming this wouldn't have been the case? Plus, please try and get GPT to output HTML outlines with actual proper heading hierarchy or NLP-optimized content without massively hallucinating and then tell us how easy it is to do and how there isn't anything there.

3. So you don't like the whole idea behind the tool which is how we advertised it in the first place? You have plenty of freedom to add your own prompts in the Outline Builder and you don't have to depend on the SERPs AT ALL if that's what you choose.

4. The alternative to this would be to NOT let you edit word counts per section, which is what actual generic content writing tools do. You seem to want a one-click writer, and we've made it very clear that's not what this is. Why not just build your own outline then also?

5. If the team was "big", we definitely wouldn't have been doing a lifetime deal on AppSumo and you wouldn't have gotten the deal to begin with. "Innovation is lacking" - sure, we are only a 30X cheaper alternative to a tool like Surfer making an NLP-optimized article done fast with AI cheap.

Glad you got to do all that testing for free though :)
