I'm looking into how we can provide some sample experiences without compromising the security of the meeting room. If I just sent a sample invite link on here, anyone would be able to join the meeting and access the meeting files that are being shared.

We've been trying to find a way to provide a sample meeting but couldn't come up with a secure enough solution. I suggest at this stage purchasing the tier you think best suits your work flow and giving the full KYZON Space experience a try. If KYZON Space fails to address your needs, you can easily request a refund.
