Q: Calender links
Hi,
Can this send calender invites to people with the link like Zoom does?
I use Tidycal for bookings and it sends the zoom meeting link across for me :)
Thanks!

Mar 7, 2025A: Hey BatcaveHQ,
When you schedule meetings through the KYZON Space or KYZON Flow platforms, the email invitation contains the meeting link and the calendar invitation automatically.
At the moment though, we have only integrated with Google Calendar to allow calendar invites. We will add more calendar support depending on what's requested by our users :)
At the moment we don't have Tidycal support yet but given the popularity of Tidycal with AppSumo users, we would be open to adding support in the future.
Let me know if there's anything else I can help clarify and appreciate the interest :)
Thanks. If were up to me I'd have everyone on Google Cal to keep it simple... :)
I'll have to stick with zoom (begrudgingly) for now as there's only me doing the back office admin and sending manual links and reminders is step too far. :)
Completely fair. If I were the only one tasked with back office admin and there were a lot of meetings, I too would choose the automated solution :)
Appreciate the interest and when we get around to providing Tidycal support, we'll let you know!

hi, where can I find the integration to google calendar? it is not available on google marketplace
Hey info5159,
Sorry to hear you're having trouble with adding the KYZON Space add-on onto Google Calendar. You can find our add-on on the Google Workspace Marketplace. For more information on how to connect it, please see this article here. https://help.kyzonsolutions.com/en/articles/10692019-schedule-meetings-in-google-calendar
Let me know if you still have any trouble with it :)
Is there possible integration with Outlook calendar?
Hey Erozenin,
While we currently don't have a scheduling integration with Outlook, this type of integration is definitely something we can look to implement in the future. We assume your use case would be scheduling meetings in Outlook to have Space meeting rooms automatically generated and ready for participants?
Thanks for the quick response. Yes James. The use case is to be able to create meetings via Outlook. Our institution is currently using mcrosoft365 ecosystem, and the plan is to be able to link Kyzon with microsoft365 apps. If Kyzon can integrate microsoft SSO (as most of our clients are also using onmicrosoft), the integration would be seamless.
Hey Erozenin,
Thank you for explaining your use case. We have an Outlook integration planned for the medium to long term but similar to another user's request for Google Login/Authentication, we will look into a Microsoft SSO for the longer term but until it's on our roadmap, we don't like to promise anything :)
