Is this LTD a Flow Upsell or is Flow an integrated Companion for Space?
I get the difference between Flow and Space. As somebody recently burnt heavily with the rug pull of Sessions I'm still feeling raw about the experience and $$$ down the drain (again).
Kyzon Space looks promosing, although it doesn't have any scheduling feature nor do these seem to be planned. This is more a collaboration tool with interesting capabilities. Fine.
However, I don't like the back and forth between Flow (a document management and collaboration tool, at the moment in Beta), and Space (the LTD on offer here as a video conferencing solution). I understand we get 10GB storage for Flow as part of the LTD, but what about the other features of Flow? At present I'm going back and forth between Dashboard, Space, and Flow. Each time a new browser tab is opened. This is annoying.
There's no option to customize or white label the meeting either. Overall, this isn't the Sessions replacement I was hoping for. I've to think hard whether to stick around.

First off, thank you. Despite everything that's happened in the video calling LTD space (and you needing to let your trousers down), thank you for giving our platforms a try and I'm sorry to hear we couldn't live up to your expectations.
To clarify your title question, no this LTD isn't intended as a Flow upsell. KYZON Space is a standalone video collaboration platform that can be used completely independently of KYZON Flow, our drive storage platform. We are currently working on allowing users to automatically save their recordings to third party drives like Google Drive, OneDrive or Dropbox so users won't feel like they need to use Flow if they don't want to.
Rest assured, all features of Flow that have been advertised as inclusions in our listing will be honoured as part of the KYZON Space LTD. So that includes the 10GB storage per user, adding documents to scheduled Space meetings in Flow and the ability for recordings, snapshots and notes to be automatically saved to Flow.
There might be some misunderstanding or a less than ideal walkthrough design on our part but we actually do have a scheduling feature where you can schedule Space meetings with other participants into the future. If you were referring to a booking system like TidyCal or Calendly where you can set your availabilities and allow other users to book an available time directly into your calendar, then unfortunately you are correct in that we do not currently have that feature. That being said, this has been requested a few times and we are considering whether to develop our own or integrate widely with all the popular booking systems. So this is definitely one of those features that will be made available in some capacity eventually :)
We hear you, and the million other people who have complained about there being too many new tabs opened when going between the Dashboard, Space and Flow. We will update our design and overall user experience so the interactions between the 3 platforms are more fluid and pleasant. Minimal new tabs being opened, we promise :)
We can completely understand the need and desire for some users to custom brand or white label products for their clients. We get it, it's a great way to either promote your brand directly on the software you're sharing or for agencies to provide an extra service/product on the side.
Unfortunately we don't have plans of providing a white label or custom branding at this stage.
Because as a business and a brand, we are late entrants to an already competitive market, we need all of the brand visibility and word of mouth from happy users of our platforms, to help bring awareness to our platforms and to build trust with our brand. If we provided white labelling or custom branding options at this stage, we would likely never get to the scale and awareness to establish ourselves with everyday users, as a reliable platform and company :)
While there are currently no plans for white labelling or custom branding options for our platforms, we encourage users to express their personal/agency brands by uploading their own custom virtual backgrounds that they can use during their meetings.
We understand this is likely not the response you and most AppSumo users would like to hear, but to ensure we're providing a sustainable long-term service, we feel it's best to be upfront and transparent on this very popular request.
On a final note. We understand we can't be everything for everyone, so we appreciate you taking the time to give our platforms a genuine try and sharing your experiences. While it's unfortunate we weren't able to live up to your expectations, we'll keep improving our experience and maybe some day down the road, we'll be exactly what you're looking for :)

Rock Solid with Immense Potential
Another Sessions castoff here, looking for a replacement and leery of getting burned again. So, why did I take a leap of faith? I saw how engaging James has been, giving articulate, transparent answers here in the Q&A, and when I reached out with questions and feedback, he was that same way in email. So, I took the plunge.
Admittedly, I have lowered expectations of apps here because many deals are for products in beta or just out of MVP stage, so imagine my pleasant surprise to discover a mature product that's clearly been tested and refined and that had zero issues with account setup. I think it took me ~40 seconds?
The onboarding was efficient. The UI is clean and even with the, in my opinion, slightly odd dual Kyzon Space / Flow app access, it takes only a few minutes to orient yourself to the layout and get around. Everything I've tried works well, though there are some differences in how it executes certain tasks if you're accustomed to Zoom, Skype, Meetings, Teams, etc. This isn't a PWA, it's a full browser app, so there are tradeoffs when it comes to ease with screensharing and video sharing, but Kyzon is aware of that and has workarounds in place to accommodate them. Again, they've clearly been testing and refining this and have thoughts/answers to every feature I've discussed with them, and many answers come down to they either haven't found a way to make it work that meets their high standards, or financially it would risk company's stability due to the high cost of third party solutions, so they're still exploring options.
I have not put it through the ringer fully, but I ran a quick test run with 6 people, some on laptops and some on mobile, and had zero issues. Then I did another run with document sharing and that worked well. Scheduling, sending links, logging in, etc all work smoothly and quickly for people without accounts, which is huge for me as Skype is now dead and Zoom is getting useless for free use.
If you need a clean, fast, easy way to meet with people? This is 10 out of 5 tacos. If you're an educator or interact with clients in somewhat unique ways (needing annotation or whiteboards), or don't like a couple minor steps to seeing video while sharing your screen, this is 5 out of 5 tacos because James and the team seem to be working toward solutions in those regards and it's still capable of working in those cases if you make some adjustments on your end.
My nitpicks? The buttons are too minimal, the walkthrough is adequate but not as good as it could be, the window configurations depending on your screen resolution results in some large dead space, and the main dashboard being different than the Space and Flow dashboards isn't
ideal. I told them this and James, again, had answers, thoughts, and insights into how they're looking to improve in those areas, and/or why they've gone the direction they have.
I am glad I picked this up and am optimistic about where the app is heading. And I'm happy to support developers who (as near as I can tell) prioritize stability and longevity over flashy features, and who welcome feedback and articulate their decisions without trying to "woo" me by telling me what I want to hear.
