After using Labrika as a potential alternative to SE Ranking for a few days, we hoped to find a cost-effective and promising SEO tool. Unfortunately, our initial experiences with Labrika have left us underwhelmed and reconsidering our choice.

Firstly, the user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) of Labrika proved to be quite confusing. Navigating through the tool was not intuitive, which initially drove us to seek assistance from their support team. However, this only compounded our frustrations.

Labrika’s customer support was woefully inadequate. Instead of receiving helpful, personalized guidance, we were given generic answers accompanied by support articles that did not address our issues. These interactions did little to inspire confidence in the product's ongoing development or support.

In conclusion, while we were eager to find a cost-effective and up-and-coming SEO tool, Labrika's current UX issues and lacklustre support leave much to be desired. We recommend continuing the search for an alternative that better meets usability and support expectations.
