Q: GDPR ? WordPress ?

Hi Team,
I made a trial and i can say your product is really great!
Two questions :
. is your product GDPR Compliant?
. i create Wordpress websites only. I'm not sure that your software can analyse Wordpress sites in depth. During my tests, I got a lot of errors related to the semantics of the integrated plugins rather than the SEO aspect (duplicate H1, etc.)

Q: Lack of Features Use and Understanding.

Hi, Thank you for your email from support to understand how to find and correct keyword staffing, however; I can not find what is the best Score for website, how to improve score, what Text optimization 20% means and how to fix it, what Latent semantic means and how to fix it and also explanation about how to fix H1, H2 and page details ?

I believe Labrika's support replied fast with easy to understand info and features are countless to use but understanding them is difficult.

Q: Credits not resetting

I bought Tier 3, which has 30,000 credits per month.

I last used Labrika to do a scan in June. It used 127 credits. Yet my account says I only have 28,873 credits.

That would mean:-

1. I only had 29,000 credits (not 30,000), and
2. They are not resetting at the end of the month.

Can you help me figure out what is going on?
