In the cart it showed Labrica product X 2 times (I assumed it is for the plan 2) Howver in the account it shows only 500 searched monthly. Why is that? I paid for 2.

How do credits for refreshing current positions work? Is 1 keyword on mobile view and the same word on desktop view 2 credits? That is, for a project that has 500 words a one-time check of those words exhausts the monthly limit? Does this limit renew for the next month?
Keyword ranking credits and page crawling credits are completely separate.
A keyword ranking credit is used each time you refresh a keyword position in a specific search engine + location.
So yes — if you check the same keyword on both desktop and mobile, that would use 2 credits. If you check 500 keywords once, that would use 500 keyword ranking credits. if you requested a keyword update in 10 different locations for one keyword that would cost you 10 credits.
Labrika automatically renews your credit allowance every 30 days, starting from the day your subscription is activated. Any unused credits roll over to the next month — but they must be used within the following 30-day period. Rollover is only available while your plan remains active.
If you run out of credits, you'll also have the option to top up your balance anytime.
Keyword rankings do not drastically change hour by hour or day by day for most sites (certain industries, however, are more volatile than others).
If you want to strike a good balance between rank checking frequency AND not using your credits up too quickly, then we would recommend at max checking rankings once per week if you are in an industry with volatile SERP rankings.
However, for most sites in non-volatile industries, checking once per month is more than enough. The goal is the growth of the site, rather than observation. The easiest way to improve the rankings of your site is through the correct use of SEO optimization. Most of which, can be achieved by making sure to fully utilize all of Labrika's SEO optimizations tools contained within your dashboard.
Let us know if you’d like help optimizing your keyword checks to get the most out of your credits!
Hi there. Are we able to upgrade and downgrade during the 60 day period after purchasing? I'm not sure how many codes I would need. I have a 500+ page site and am hoping to grow it. How would I evaluate this? I am thinking either 2 or 3. I know that's likely not enough info, but I would appreciate any direction you can give. Thanks in advance.
You can purchase and activate additional codes at any time while our offer is live on AppSumo. As for refunds or downgrades, those are handled directly by AppSumo and follow their policy — no approval is needed from our side.
Our credits work like this:
Labrika automatically renews credit allowances every 30 days.
Crawling pages and ranking checking keywords use two completely different types of credits. A keyword ranking query credit is used every time you request a keyword ranking update from a search engine. So; if you request a keyword rank update for Google US - New York that would cost one credit, if you requested a keyword update in 10 different locations for one keyword that would cost you 10 credits. Running one keyword ranking check on 10 keywords in ONE location would cost you 10 keyword ranking credits.
A page crawling credit is used every time you run an SEO analysis on that page. All pages are treated the same, be it pages with lots of content or empty pages, or error pages. Running an SEO or tech audit on 1000 pages (URL's) would cost you 1000 crawling credits.
Any unused credits will be returned to your credit balance. If you set up a crawl that is set to use, for example, 1000 credits, and it only uses 200 credits, the remaining credits (800) would be returned to your credit balance and available for use.
Labrika allows the rollover of any unused keyword ranking queries, and page crawling credits from the previous month and allows you to use them in the next 30-day period. You'll need to use any credits that rollover from the previous month within the next 30-day period. You can only rollover your credits from the previous month. You won't be eligible to roll over your allowance if your plan doesn't renew by the end of day 30 as rollover is only available while there is an active plan.
If you run out of credits Labrika will give you the option to top-up your credits.
