At the moment, AI Credits for AI Audit / Visibility checks are not included in LTD. AI features are very expensive for us to provide, so we do not plan to offer them as part of LTD in the future.

You can contact us through the support form in your account and add a note for Joe. I will send you a couple of available options.

As for timing, an AI Visibility Audit makes the most sense after you have done the work needed to help LLMs first recognize and remember your brand, and then after further work aimed at getting your brand or website shown for a wider range of prompts.

The AI Audit will include a checklist for this. If anything in the report is unclear, please let us know and we will be happy to add more detailed descriptions.
