Q: Hi, I have made multiple purchases from Todd Gross through JVZOO.

Regrettably, the link to access my most recent purchase is not functioning, and the original product website does not recognize my account details. I want to draw your attention to the attached screenshot, which serves as proof of my purchase of the product which includes a complete upgrade with all the additional features. Despite this, I am currently unable to access these features. Specifically, I am referring to the product Synthesys AI Studio, accessible at https://app.synthesys.live/signin.

Interestingly, I have also noticed that this product is available on APPSUMO. However, my JVZOO account details do not seem to work when attempting to access the product through that platform. I kindly request your assistance in guiding me on how to gain access to the product I have purchased.

If you have purchased from JVZoo in the past, your account has been automatically upgraded to the new Synthesys UI.
If for any reason, you are unable to access the new Synthesys UI at https://app.synthesys.live then please reach out to our support team at [email protected] and they will help you in accessing the new Synthesys UI.

Thank you very much for your assistance! However, I've encountered an issue as I'm unable to find the option to add team members. Additionally, I can't seem to locate the talking faces feature here. Could you please provide guidance on how to address these matters?

Hi VP,

The option to add team members is not yet available in the new platform. The sub-users may still use the old platform for AI Humans for now. Also, Talking Faces has not been migrated to the new platform yet so you may still access Talking Faces via the old platform.
