Looking like a scam?
i just purchased this app but looking to get refund as the Seller misguide me.
Few days ago i asked a question about rank tracking of keywords and Seller told me:
"Running a keyword ranking update in one location (e.g., Google US – New York) costs one credit per keyword. If you check that same keyword in 10 different locations, that’s 10 credits.
Running one ranking check for 10 keywords in one location costs 10 keyword ranking credits."
Today i tried the app and added 2 keywords to check ranking till 100 results for a single location. it used 20 credit as 1 credit work for 1 page of Google Search.
So if i track 50 keywords for single location but check ranking till 100 results then it used all 500 credit.
i purchased 3 codes but used only 1 as i don't think its a fair deal. Seller need to mentioned clearly about this. very disappointed.

Sep 22, 2025Hello,
Thank you for sharing your feedback, and I’m truly sorry for the frustration this has caused.
The change you’re describing is not something we introduced ourselves — Google recently changed its search results format and now shows only 10 results per page. Because of this, all SEO services had to quickly adapt their systems and tariffs. It was a forced change, completely outside our control, and unfortunately, your question fell exactly between the moment when Google rolled this out and when we updated our credit policy.
We have never misled our users — our subscriptions always clearly stated that credits are used per search query. What has changed is simply how many queries are now required to fetch the same number of results.
Here’s how it works now:
To analyze the Top 50 results, 5 credits are needed instead of 1.
You can enable analysis up to Top 50 in your project settings.
Most users are now finding Top 30 to be the best balance between useful data and credit usage, and we recommend considering this as an optimal setup.
Again, we understand this was disappointing timing, but it was a global change by Google, not a hidden condition on our side.
Best regards,
Joe, Labrika Team
