This is the best product I’ve ever come across related to WhatsApp. Their customer support is highly responsive and knowledgeable, promptly answering all queries during working hours. If WhatsApp dominates communication in your region, this is the perfect solution you should try!

My experience with Lancepilot has been less than satisfactory. The technical support is either non-responsive or takes days to reply, and when they do, the responses are generally unhelpful.

The founder has not implemented any updates since the launch, despite repeatedly promising that updates would arrive the following month. As of this writing, no updates have been made.

Moreover, the founder indirectly implies a partnership with Meta, but in reality, Lancepilot is merely a client of another company that is an actual Meta partner. I won't disclose the name here to avoid promoting them.

One major concern is the 20% markup, which is quite high even with a 5% discount for Tier 4. Most other partners offer services at Meta's standard pricing, making this markup problematic, especially since most Sumo-lings are agency owners.

After researching, I found companies offering better services at competitive prices. In my opinion, Lancepilot poses a red flag for both AppSumo and Sumo-lings alike.

There's an expectation that the founder will attack this review instead of being transparent with those who have invested their time and money. I hope Lancepilot is not one of those products where the intention is to gather as much money as possible and then disappear, but I fear that might be the case. I hope to be proven wrong.

I have update my review after I have received support. It takes time and the whatsapp chat shows blue tick by default which makes us think that the founder has seen the message but not replying. Requesting you to make a community on slack and provide support there.

No updates since the launch on Appsumo. Those who can refund, please do it as the support for this tool is horrible. The founder has not even added one update after the launch and he is keeping on extending that the updates would be coming next mouth, after 2 months, etc and now no response at all. There are 100s of other great similar softwares in the market, but I thought this could become one of them but not having any updates till date, its seem to be like a money grabber. Lacks hell a lot of features.as well The owner dont even have the courtesy to update us regarding the status of the updates. The roadmap remains the same from day 1. I am also ready to update my review once the owner has given a prompt reply for this review and update us on the updates and the reason for not doing anything in the platform yet. Hope others who have already purchased agrees to me.
