Bugs are inevitable with any software, I understand that. What’s unacceptable is the complete lack of support.

I’ve repeatedly asked for help through Lancepilot WhatsApp Chat (form on their website is not working) regarding critical issues, and each time I’ve been ignored. No follow-up, no resolution, no accountability. The situation has dragged on to the point where I’m now unable to launch any campaigns at all.

This is business-critical software. Downtime directly affects revenue, operations, and client trust. Lancepilot has proven to be unreliable, not because bugs exist, but because when things break, there is effectively no support.

If you’re running a serious business and need dependable campaign execution and responsive support, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere.

I purchased Lancepilot as a lifetime deal on AppSumo and have been using it for about one year. Initially, the product was usable, but recently the SaaS has technical issues, and the biggest problem is that the vendor has completely stopped responding.

I have raised multiple support requests, but there has been no reply, no fix, and no communication from the team. This is extremely disappointing, especially for a product sold as a lifetime deal, where at least basic support is expected.

As customers, we invest money trusting both the vendor and the AppSumo platform. When the vendor becomes inactive or unresponsive, it puts customers in a very difficult position.

I hope AppSumo will step in, review the vendor’s commitment, and take necessary action to protect users from non-supporting lifetime deal sellers.

The ability to white-label the platform and present it as your own is a significant advantage, even in its current beta stage . While there's been some confusion regarding White Label Billing (WLB) being a separate add-on versus white-labeling itself being included in higher tiers, it's important to understand the distinction. The WLB system is already live, and while premium add-ons come with a price, the value it offers is immense.

What truly excites me is the upcoming auto trial-to-paid conversion feature on the roadmap for the white-label billing system . This is not just a minor update; it's a game-changer for sales funnels, making client acquisition and retention significantly easier by removing skepticism and streamlining the conversion process . This forward-thinking approach demonstrates a deep understanding of agency needs and a commitment to providing tools that directly impact revenue.

After setting up the program, I was asked to top up my credits, which I did for $20. The top-up was never credited, even though I have the invoice. I therefore requested a refund because I don't like how this program works, and I was told that top-ups are non-refundable. This violates consumer protection practices, which have a set time limit for deciding whether or not to keep the software. These people will be reported to the relevant authorities for their improper behavior. Stay far away.

This is officially a scam , I purchased an add on from lamcepilot for around 699$ from August and I still didn’t get anything ( it’s for LLC Formation. )
I keep trying to contact them and they simply don’t answer me .
I asked for a refund and no one responded.
It’s my fault I trusted them and payed for this
