Looks promising but didn't work for me
The platform does look really promising, but unfortunately, it didn't work for me. Setting up the channel wasn't working, I was constantly getting "Oop's your channel manager has failed to initialize. please contact our support for help."
I tried opening a support ticket, but I still haven't heard back, going ahead to cancel and refund.
By the way, I ended up building a custom WordPress plugin to send bulk WhatsApp messages, and it works great, saving costs and time. (I thought purchasing this would be better, but I was wrong)

Worst Support & Misleading Product
I bought Lancepilot hoping for a real WhatsApp marketing solution, but it’s been a huge disappointment:
1-Promised updates for over a year, but not delivered. as it seems that it's a one man show doing everything
2-Support replies once, then disappears — no follow-up, no fixes.
3-Every conversation costs extra on top of the subscription.
4-Can’t add the same email to multiple accounts, no option for a second admin, and no easy way to add team members.
5-The interface is clunky and frustrating.
6-You have to prepay them so they can pay Facebook, while they also take a high commission per message plus ~5% “online payment fees.”

do not bother to buy
Worst software no support from lanceport side. emailed done more then 3 days now no reply still. there is no way to connect whatsapp also tried everything possible. no clear instructions on how to use crm as well completely.
please issue refund

The best thing for my website
