0.3 🚀 is released

It fixes most of the common bugs
- notifies user when the rendering completes by showing progress in menubar
- Now user can select default location or choose to let lapse ask where to save before you save the video
- fixed Auto pausing bug where in resume state shows rendering menubar icon
- Permission for screen recording on any version of mac does not break lapse if you update or downgrade
