1) Are WhatsApp reminders free of charge?
2) Would it be possible to add integration with Labsmobile?
3) Suggestion: Add a new "Monthly View" option to the booking calendar, allowing users to see all appointments for the entire month at once.
4) Notes column in List View: Include a "Notes" column in the appointment list view. This would allow users to quickly understand the purpose of each appointment.
5) Suggestion: Add a drop-down menu in the Apppointments section, so when we create a new appointment we can select an existing client from list for better view of agenda.
6) Appointment Behavior Tracking: Suggestion: Develop a system to track and record client behavior related to appointments, including attendances (shows up/no show up) and reschedulings (log of the initial appointment date and any changes).

All WhatsApp reminders are included and free of charge. Regarding integrating with Labsmobile, you should be able to set it up only if they support Zapier. Our native SMS integration works with Twilio.
