If you need custom domain or subdomain redirection for the booking page you will need the Pro Plan. Each Lapsula account supports one booking page and, therefore, one CNAME redirection.

Yes — you can use a CNAME to point your own domain or subdomain to your booking page. Xavi Velasquez from Lapsula answered another user on February 12, 2025 and said you’ll generally need one Lapsula account/code per client (there’s no agency/super-admin yet), but they can set up as many domains or subdomains (CNAMEs) as you need and also offer an HTML embed.
