Q: I want to buy, but I need to resolve two doubts.

I'm a bit of a software collector. I currently have 3 booking softwares and I want to purchase Lapsula to add to my collection, but I need to know two things:

1. Can I send multiple WhatsApp notifications?
For example: 1 day before - 1 hour before - 30 minutes before

2. Can I customize the messages and put the texts I want in the reminders?

A: Hello! 👋

We only support one WhatsApp notification per booking, but you can also set up two additional notifications for the same booking via SMS and email. We'll support more flexibility for customer notifications in the future.

Regarding customizing WhatsApp reminders, we're currently working on it and hope to have it ready next week. At the moment, a default message is sent in whatever language you've set as "Shop Language" in the "Settings" section.

Thank you. I believe these 2 points, especially the ability to include multiple reminders via WhatsApp, are basic features that a booking software should have.

I'll keep an eye on Lapsula, but until these functionalities are implemented, it won't be useful for me and I won't buy it. Thank you for your response.
