Q: Is Lapsula suitable for other industries? Can it sync appointments for multiple locations?

It seems like this tool is targeted towards therapists and other medical professionals, but is it also suitable for businesses in other industries, such as:
- Tourism & Hospitality (jetski rentals, boat charters, guided tours, etc.)
- Contractors & Construction (scheduling estimates, jobs, etc.)
Also, is all of the verbiage in the tool customizable, or are certain elements unable to be changed (ex: changing a button from 'Book Now' to 'Schedule Estimate')? Finally, can Lapsula be used in either (or both) of the following use cases for a business with multiple locations?
1. Each location has its own calendar, and the calendars are synced so that if a timeslot at location A is booked, the same timeslot is blocked on the calendar for location B
2. Each location has its own calendar, and I can view them in an overlapping 'master' view

We have some contractors and daily rental companies using Lapsula, but we don't currently support changing the names of actions in buttons.

Regarding multiple locations, it's not a built-in feature, but an easy workaround is to create additional team members and use them as if they were different locations. You can then see all appointments in an aggregate calendar or a list view.

About blocking slots in a schedule based on other criteria, you should be able to achieve that with our Google Calendar integration or with a Zapier workflow, but it's not a built-in feature of Lapsula.
