I have encounter some problem regarding invitation to an email which already got an account with Lapsula, when they click the Join link in their mailbox and login, their dashboard doesn't have any section to manage my account dashboard.

Using the chatbox in your website and given my email address, doesn't got any respond for few days. So, am quite afraid to continue your service with my lifetime account, and may not want to introduce customer that want to manage their own to your monthly/yearly subscription.
