Hi, I read that you are preparing a white label offer. Do you know when it will be released? I would also like to know if I purchase the available plan now and you release the white label version, how will the transition to the new plan be managed? Another question: I tried to download the app from the store to see how it worked, and as soon as I logged in, it generated some services, but once that was done, it was no longer possible to modify it from the app. Why? Another question: if I have a team, will each of them have to create a different account to manage the app, or will they all log in with the same account? Another question: if I want to insert the iframe into my website, will I be able to adapt it to my website's style?

While we don't have a release date for a white label plan for Lapsula, we continue to add features that allow you to customize the application with your own branding and visual identity.
The mobile apps are designed for managing appointments and receiving push alerts for booking changes. The onboarding and account setup experience is limited on mobile, so you should manage these changes from the web application. You can also access the web app from a mobile browser.
Regarding staff accounts, each staff member can have their own login with specific permissions. For the website embed, you can choose its colors when setting it up in Lapsula under "Settings" > "Plugins & Integrations".
