We did our first steps in Lapsula as an European-GDRP friendly alternative to other booking solutions. European dev company and GDRP is really help to fullfill our privacy policies. The GUI of Lapsula is intuitive, clear and simple structured. All bookings were served through they call it services with seamless integration to Zoom/Meet for online presences. Timebased and repeating events are also possible as well as packages, eg. groups of events/services. That gives more future potential to combine existing events together to new sales perspectives. Thats a great opportunity. What we didnt explored yet are group bookings, but we didnt went too deep into, we use just what we currently need. Payment and Zapier integration is also already here. The support is fast and friendly. German translations of the app is upcoming I guess as well as Webhook and Make integrations are on their roadmap they mentioned. What we first missed today are the possibility of a webpage per service offered instead of a current shop page showing all services together, but they're found under services as they mentioned in their answer below.Lapsula is a great booking alternative with a big potential, but they are on a serious, good path if they develop stepwise and hear to their customers.
For us is Lapsula a clear European-GDPR-friendly recommendation.

Excellent product

I considered buying a different product but once I found Lapsula I decided to give it a try. It’s a game changer, makes my life so much easier as my clients can book their appointments by themselves. It has all I need. Will integrate Zapier to automate even more tasks.

Very happy with Lapsula. The team is very responsive and are transparent when it comes to development plans. Hoping to see the month-view and earliest available date on customer end soon. A few other customisable options would also be nice but for now, it's really great. Not Glitches, no issues at all. Everything is working as it should. I am noticing lots of updates coming in fast, which is really what you want, and the whole point of software deals on app sumo. The team is very responsive to ideas and input, and that's quite rare for software deals in my experience.

As someone who works a team of tutors online, this product is great for my needs. I have a lot of experience working with booking software's, from Acuity to Book like a boss.

The Pros:

1) It has an app to help manage things, team schedules for different team members with varying access levels.
2) White label branding options. You can remove lapsula branding from all your emails/reminders.
3) Solid Plugin/integrations. Zapiers/ Zoom/ Google meets make things super easy so meeting links can be generated.
4) Embeds for your own website. Big plus for allowing some customization for the colors to help match the websites theme.
5) Stripe payment is already activated to make sure bookings are prepaid. Paypal and Redsys are on the way.
6) If you are someone without a website, Lapsula can work without the need for it by simply sending your customers your shop link so they can view your services to book.
7) Get up and running in under an hour.

Few features that I would love to see added to the software would be.

1) Ability for people to book packages( For example purchasing 10 lessons). (Maybe giving a 10% discount) or something along those lines.
The work around for this currently is to issue coupon codes for 10 lessons, but it would be a much better customer experience if they could just book through the lessons or receive 1 coupon code with 10 uses etc.

2) Dynamic pricing/time. The ability for customers to pick they time they would like for a certain service and reflect the pricing accordingly. It just would make it easier for tutors to have a cleaner looking service offering if they just have to click into "English Class". Then select 30, 45 or 1 hour and the price be shown accordingly. Prevents too many duplicated services with similar names.

3) Calendar shows the client timezone as many students book from different countries.

In conclusion the best part about this business is definitely Dani and Xavi the developers. If you have read through Appsumo replies and seen their youtube channel. You'll see they are clearly eager to respond to clients questions and are working hard at constantly bringing new features to Lapsula. Every month there are new developments. I've asked them many questions on the chat on their website, and they have always responded within 5 minutes. You couldn't ask for a team of more committed individuals.

You'll really regret missing out on this deal. It's clear Lapsula has a bright future.

Lapsula has solved my need for a simple and easy to usderstand booking solution for my coworking sapce. I set up desks as "team members" so my clients can book individual tables in my space. So it works great for my use case too.
My favourity feature is the two-way google calendar integration. So I can easly mananage (reschedule, remove, add) my bookings directly from google calendar.
Xavi and Dani are very resposive and there to help when I have concerns. They also listen to suggestions, so you're booking is really in good hands. Can only recommend!

- Lapsula has just-released an update. Hence, the product has been improving so far.
- The company information is transparent and visible on their website.
- Native smartphone apps available.
- Lapsula booking service is perfectly usable for many industries, both online and in-person/brick-and-mortar ones.
- Email, WhatsApp and SMS reminders are amazing.

Like many, I struggled with Acuity some time back for scheduling appointments, and in comparison, this program is simply outstanding! It is clean, easy to use and navigate, and intuitive to set up. It took me around an hour to get everything (including payment processing and Android app) working as I want with my two colleagues included as well.

One small glitch and I received live chat support within 30 seconds, and the issue was resolved in around 3 minutes. Very impressed, this software has a bright future!
