It's just ok. The gcal sync function works well, but customization of the calendar to match your branding is a pain and doesn't "stick" if you need to make a new embed and the removal of Lapsula branding (a toggle) in the pro version doesn't work. The embedded booking form still renders a "Powered by Lapsula" link in the footer of the embed and it's a pain to cover up because it's a cross-origin iframe to embed the forms. I have reported this "bug" and they haven't done anything to fix in the past few months. They updated the look and layout of the booking form and I am not a fan. So, yeah, I wouldn't buy it again. It is basically just like any other booking calendar out there. Keep looking if you want something on your own hosting instead of outside servers.

Client tried to book Dec 17 because she could see it available on her end. On my end, Dec 17 was unavailable. Client book Dec 16 instead. After appt was booke,d the confirmation and schedule went to Dec 15 instead. Contacted Customer Support and still haven't heard from them.

This app makes booking and paying for appointments very easy. It also allows you to automatically send the client a generated Zoom or Google Meet link in the response. I haven't tried those two last options yet, but I found it very, very easy to create a schedule and style the booking page for myself. There are no bells and whistles or complex additional features here; it's simply a choice of day, time, than payment, plus the possibility of asking extra questions in forms, if needed.
While Lapsula doesn't allow for extensive styling of the booking page, it's not crucially important—because this solution is, above all, incredibly simple for the user who needs to book and pay for the appointment. This makes it an ideal solution for anyone whose clients need the task made as easy as possible, such as individuals experiencing a mental health crisis. That's why, in my opinion, Lapsula is perfect for psychologists and therapists.

I had a bit of a hustle with personalizing the login link, as a place where you do it is a bit non-intuitive and hard to find, but after reading the comments, I located the information. Once you know how to do it, it also turns out to be as simple, as other Lapsula elements.

The main takeaway is: Lapsula is incredibly simple for the end-user (client) to book and pay, maximizing ease of use, so it is perfect for professionals who need to minimize client effort (e.g., psychologists and therapists), making the process frictionless.
