Hi,
I have left messages in the chatbot and emailed you, but have not received a response. I have clients in multiple time zones. If I set the time zone for my time zone, then the calendar gets displayed to the visitors ONLY in my time zone. The visitor does not get the option to change the calendar to their own time zone. This is a huge problem. Sometimes the user realizes the time zone is not theirs and then they do the mental calculation of trying to adjust the time in their head to my time zone. If I change the settings to the time zone of most users, then I see my backend calendar with their time zone and then I have to mentally calculate what time the meeting is really at. Its a huge mess with me having to check what time they really wanted. I have messaged you in chatbot and by email, but I have not received any response other than a simple response asking me again what the issue is. The program also sets a zoom invite, but zoom sees this a london for some unknown reason. I responded to that email but I have not received any follow-up response at all. I'll wait a bit more to see if they can fix this, but if not, its unusable and doesnt really seem supported.

After reading the response, if they can fix these 2 timezone issues (1. Allow user to select their own timezone; 2. Have Zoom display the correct meeting time) then this becomes a 5 taco deal. Hoping for the best since this is a good looking calendar system which I want to use once these fundamental fixes get made.

I am pleasantly surprised at how well Lapsula works. I had my coaching sessions set up in just a few minutes. It has all the functionality I need for clients to book calls with me (paid or unpaid). While I haven't tried all the available options, it's perfect for what I need.

I've come to realize there is no need to reinvent the "calendar". Simple works great! And for such an amazing one time low price, I would recommend you get it asap.

I am extremely happy with Lapsula. It's an awesome product. It's sleek and fast, and I'm so glad I chose it for my appointment needs.
The app offers free WhatsApp reminders, plus the possibility of connecting reminders via SMS, and its settings are very easy to manage.
I have made some suggestions that would improve the product (at least in my opinion), but I can work around them easily.
The developers are great, they answer all your doubts and are always open to suggestions.
I highly recommend it for its clean calendar, payment integration, and easy way to import existing contacts.
