Customer Support needs to be prompt
Client tried to book Dec 17 because she could see it available on her end. On my end, Dec 17 was unavailable. Client book Dec 16 instead. After appt was booke,d the confirmation and schedule went to Dec 15 instead. Contacted Customer Support and still haven't heard from them.
Cancelling my service.

Dec 23, 2025Hello Monika. We have replied to all of your tickets within hours, and I have even reached out personally on several occasions without a response. For this reason, I respectfully disagree with this rating and do not believe my team deserves it.
It seems you may not be receiving our messages. I would suggest trying an email provider other than Hotmail, as their filters often block incoming support emails or divert them away from the inbox.
