You have effectively gutted the AppSumo plans and failed to honor your original commitments.
With your current pricing structure, how exactly are AppSumo users supposed to receive future feature updates? That was clearly part of the value proposition, and it now appears to have been abandoned.
There were already warning signs: first, you placed X integration behind a paywall, then introduced paid add-ons, and now those same add-ons are included in all your official plans except for AppSumo users. This is unfair.
At this point, it feels like AppSumo customers are being deliberately sidelined. I sincerely hope AppSumo steps in and issues refunds, because this situation is unacceptable.
