I think you can ask Appsumo for a refund, even if it has already expired.

The original text read:
Deal terms & conditions
- Lifetime access to Late.
- All future Basic (Tier 1), Professional (Tier 2), Advanced (Tier 3) or Enterprise (Tier 4) Plan updates.
- If Plan name changes, deal will be mapped to the new Plan name with all accompanying updates.
The current price list includes plans that have not been updated.
For example, someone with Tier 4 Enterprise has not been upgraded to Ultimate.
Additionally, it seems ridiculous that someone buying the highest plans, e.g. Enterprise or now Unlimited, has to pay extra for extras.

Same issue here. Broadcast was included in Tier 3, but now it’s locked behind the inbox, requiring a $100 upgrade. Hope they keep broadcasting available for Tier 3 and 4 without forcing the inbox.

The more they complicate their licenses with additional fees, the less people will want to use them.
Maybe if they were redeemable codes instead of monthly fees, it might make sense. It's similar to how you have OpenAI codes for API use.
But if I had to pay a monthly subscription, I'd never do that.
