The Story of 0 Stars!

Once upon a time, there was a promising new tool that captured the excitement and trust of a vibrant AS community. Users were drawn in by its ambitious vision and a clear set of promises. At the heart of it all was a simple but powerful rule: honesty. The founder, Miki, vowed that every customer who embraced the tool early—those who joined before August 17, 2025—would receive a special perk, including a free X add-on. He also assured that all future updates would be delivered faithfully according to their transparent tier system: Basic, Professional, Advanced, and Enterprise (Tiers)

For ten months, the tool flourished, though quietly, it transformed and rebranded itself as Zernio. But as the months passed, cracks began to appear. The promised free add-on was ripped away from early supporters, now hidden behind a paywall. Features that once belonged to certain tiers suddenly changed & demanded extra fees—fees that defied the original tier structure that had been clearly laid out. Customers like me who had paid for analytics months ago saw it vanish from their dashboards, only to be asked to pay again for the same feature.

Worse still, the promised fixes never came. Errors plagued the integration with YouTube and TikTok, stubborn problems that made the tools almost unusable. Requests to enable long-awaited features like bulk video uploads were met with silence. The company’s due diligence felt absent, its commitment broken, and with it, the trust of its users shattered.

What had once been a hopeful AS community was left feeling betrayed and angry. The tool was no longer a beacon of innovation but a cautionary tale of broken promises—a "rug pull" that stole from those who believed in it. Across review sites like Trustpilot, users voiced their frustration, warning others of the brand’s deceitful turn.

In this story, the users held the true power. As the founder’s promises faded, the community’s voice grew louder, a reminder that a brand lives and dies by its honesty. And as the pages turned, it became clear: users will make or break a brand, and this one, built on broken trust, is already crumbling.
