After a lot of reflection and some tough calls, we’ve decided to pause Launchpod AI in its current form and explore a new direction.

Over the last month, we ran into several feasibility issues that made it clear the current path wasn’t sustainable, from tech limitations to market alignment. We’ve been heads down trying to find workarounds, but ultimately, continuing as-is would have meant burning time and resources we just don’t have.

This wasn’t an easy decision. We pushed hard, made meaningful progress, and truly believed in what we were building. Like many early-stage startups, we had flashes of traction, exciting moments, and valuable lessons, but also challenges in timing, focus, and execution we couldn’t ignore.

So we’re hitting pause, not to stop, but to regroup and pivot. All AppSumo licenses will be saved and honoured for whatever comes next.

To the thousands of users who joined us, and the mentors, friends, and believers who backed us: thank you. You gave us fuel. We’re proud of what we built, and even more excited about what’s coming.
