It seems that its only the tier 1...
- strange as if you are a Plus member, its very unlikely you go for "app 15 min. per months" - it would make more cense if it was for ex. something like 200-300 min / months..

I think the comment implies that the amount of time offered per month is incredibly stingy, especially for TTS technology. I've been waiting for another TTS voice cloning app to show up on AppSumo but with the small number of minutes I'm thinking I'll pass on this one. 15 minutes per month is nothing and is basically not very useful for anyone trying to run a channel or create online courses.
