May 15, 2024A: Thanks for the suggestion. Right now each member can only view his own meeting transcripts and notes. Certainly he/she can choose to share with others. There is no complicated admin settings yet. But we will consider your suggestion for future enhancement.

Like I mentioned in previous post, each user have his own account/workspace. He can choose to share certain meetings with others.
There is currently no admin settings to set access levels. But we will work on those admin features later.
