Just bought, and looking forward to evaluating over the next few weeks.
A few questions in the meantime:
1: Is there a standalone recording app? I don't have a pro zoom account, and I'm not keen on inviting the bot. I understand I can record the meeting using other desktop tools, but it would be cool if you had one directly.
2: Does this have speaker identification?
3: Can transcripts be edited after the meeting if there are any misheard words?
4: How would you say you compare to Noota? (Another appsumo product)
5: Your roadmap has some interesting features, but they're all just titles and I'm not entirely sure what they mean. Can you add a description to them?
6: On your roadmap, you have: "AI Writer: write any meeting memo, follow up email, reports, and etc." - can you elaborate on what this is?
6a: Assuming it is what I think it is, I'd be interested in knowing if you have an ETA.

May 15, 2024A: We will definitely investigate the system audio approach. Because there are many different kinds of hardware and operating systems, this is a bit challenging but we will look into it.

Thanks for your questions. Please see answer below:
1. Yes, you can use our Mobile App or Web App. Both are standalone app. You will need mobile or laptop microphone to record.
2. It depends which product you are referring to. If you use mobile app for in person meeting, it is very hard to do speaker recognition, especially there multiple people in the same room. We are working on it, and hopefully we will have a better solution in the near future.
3. Of course, you can use our editor to edit transcripts and notes after meeting.
4. Thanks for letting us know this similar app. We never heard it before. Will take a look.
5. We cannot disclose much details until we getting close to launch. (To avoid others copy our ideas)
6. You can automatically generate memo, email and etc after meeting with a single click.
7. You mean AI writer? Very soon, stay tuned!

With regards to the apps, can you add recording system audio to the roadmap? Speech from a remote microphone output via bad speakers and then picked up again via a bad microphone gets to be quite low quality.
Also, I asked the folks over at Dive (https://appsumo.com/products/dive) if they could look into an integration with you, and said I'd ask you to attempt the same. Perhaps you could contact them? This would be awesome :)
