Q: Hi, I've been trying Laxis out, but can't figure out how to export the transcripts.

It keeps triggering a warning from Malwarebytes "Website blocked due to suspicious content" and it won't let me even click the "continue to site" button. Why is it flagged as suspicious?

A: Hi,
We haven't met this problem before, and I really don't know why it is flagged as suspicious. Where do you try to export? From Web app or Google Meet extension? It may due to some library that we use for export.

Hi,
We did a quick research and found that Malwarebytes browser guard is blocking all .DOC/.DOCX file to download by default. Maybe you can try to list our website in the whitelist and see if it fixes the issue.

Thanks for the quick response. From the web app. As a "doc". When I tried again as .txt it worked, but I really need the .doc
Also, the link that malwarebytes highlighted as suspicious included the text of the transcription among the gibberish in the link. Made it a veeeeeerrrrrrryyyyy long link. Don't know if that helps or not.

Windows 11, Chrome browser.

I think after you add Laxis to your Malwarebytes whitelist, it will work. You can email us at team@laxis.tech, and we can help you further there.

Thanks. I'll try that.
