I saw this morning that a new update to the platform was launched that provides the add-on plan for the AI Writer. Which is great and we're excited to unlock the feature for team members.

However, we have now lost the AI writer feature on our parent account, which is included with the appsumo plan. We were using it just yesterday, but with the update have now lost the ability to edit previously recorded conversations, and our quota has been reduced to 0.
