The tool is good'ish, but customer onboarding is close to non-existent. You have a video tutorial and that's it, but even in the tutorial they are showing an outdated UX. I'm also missing FAQs and an easy way to get in touch with support if needed. Without these the UI should be way more self explanatory, instead of relying on the user to figure things out without even getting any guidance on the possible actions and settings.

There are also some limitations for your meeting templates that impact what keywords are tracked and your meetings insights. You can add many topics to a template, but within a topic you can only track 5 keywords. Or maybe this is just again poor and confusing UI. When you add the keywords you see that "You can create up to 5 keywords separated by commas". But you can add more keywords, it's only 5 at once, but you don't know if the extra keywords will be tracked or not without testing.

In general the platform is SLOW, it takes 6-7 seconds to just load the list of templates, similar time to load the text transcript. But in those cases the UI at least gives you a feedback that it's loading. But for example when you go into the meetings insights and choose a topic the details remain blank and it that takes again 6-7 seconds to load without the user knowing that the system is just loading.

Some basic functions are missing or not working, things like:
- being able to change the order or sort your meeting templates
- change the meeting type from the list view
- organize your meeting transcripts with either tags or folders

Some functions are just confusing or hidden, like the ability to rename your meeting transcripts. No option in the list view but if you open the transcript and click the title you can rename it. But there isn't any clear indication that you can do this, I've found it when by accident I clicked the title.

I also used the extension in zoom meetings, while I got the transcript there is no audio recording of the meeting.

Some nice to haves that hopefully will arrive in the future:
- being able to edit the type of content that the AI Writer provides,
- being able to upload a video recording of a meeting or generate transcripts from video without storing the video
- create the audio track from the video

Promising, but not there yet, 3 tacos so far, would give 4 if the general speed and responsiveness of the site improves, 5 if the teams integration actually happens (what they claim as teams integration is a joke where you need to put your meeting on speakers and use your phone's microphone to record)
