Q: Issue with Support and CSV file import

Clicking the Live Support button on your site does not seem to work and therefore I am seeking support here. I cannot seem to get the CSV file import to work. 1) The voice name is matched exactly to what is on the site, but I always get error 'Failed to import file: Voice not found'. Although the notion page on this says, "display name or voice ID of the voice to use", there does not appear to be anyway to find a 'voice ID'. In fact, when trying to upload the 'sample' as provided on the support site, it does not work either. Can someone assist with this?

A: Hey, the live chat support should work as it works for other customers, do you see any errors being displayed for the chat?
I just tested again with the CSV import for the sample file, it works for me normally. It seems something isn't matching on your side.
