Q: UPGRADE does not work!?
I intended to benefit from the upgrade, i.e.:

The landing page confirms: Only 38 licenses left!
When I click on the button:
"You can upgrade your Lazybird Lifetime Account
and unlock Ultimate access for just $149
Upgrade to LazyBird Ultimate"
I am unable to log in using my credentials.
The only option provided is to create a new account - IS THIS INTENDED??
Do I need to register a new/additional account ?
