A) Are the Italian voices neural and high quality? Can I set pauses, tones, emotions, and correct pronunciation without foreign accents?
B) Can you clarify the 1 million characters per month limit in the "unlimited" offer? Does correcting pronunciation errors consume credits? Can I listen to a full preview without losing characters?
C) Will voice cloning be included in Tier 2, or will it have an extra cost? How many cloned voices are included? I need two.
D) Is our purchase a customized profile for AppSumo? Will we have access to all future features (voices, cloning, dubbing), or will we be excluded from future updates?
E) For video dubbing, do you have a tool to sync reading times like an .srt file?

Jan 16, 2025A: A) Italian voices are neural but quality is subjective and I'd suggest you try them out for free on https://studio.lazybird.app to decide. You can also try the multilingual voices like Ava Multilingual or Andrew Multilingual.
B) All edits do consume credits because we have to regenerate the whole audio block. With 1 million characters per month it should be really hard to use up all the credits though.
C) Probably not included but we will make it available as a limited time period bonus for appsumo users or as a fairly-priced add-on package.
D) As also specified on this page, the Premium plan is what being offered here. All future updates to our Premium plan will be included.
E) That's in the roadmap and we'll add the ability to import srt file soon.
