This works quite well. I tried it with a variety of categories, and it churned away and output some nice, neat excel lists of leads. If you do any local marketing, this is a no brainer. You can pull in a wide variety of business categories at the city level, with a good amount of supporting data as well.

This product has 2 plans - the "standard" plan and the "business" plan. The AS deal is for the standard plan, which sells for $97/year via their website. The business plan is $247/year. Of course, the AS deal includes lifetime updates, which you do not receive with the regular standard plan. So that's a pretty good deal right there.

The difference between the two plans is essentially the volume of leads they each generate. The business plan pulls from additional sources, and produces significantly more leads per session. One thing that is both brilliant and disappointing is that when you run the software under the standard plan (the one offered here) it tells you how many more leads you would have gotten had you been using the business plan. Obviously, that is intended to make you want to upgrade. Can't fault them for that - we're all marketers here and should appreciate that strategy.

Even if you never upgrade to the business plan (and after seeing what all this can do it is tempting, honestly!), I think you will get your money's worth many times over. You get a good amount of data when you run the app, which will include company info, address data, contact person (if available, which is hit or miss, understandably, since people move around), job title, email, etc. Considering that you can run unlimited searches, I think this is a great deal.

One thing that I think would be tempting to AS buyers would be if they were to offer a discounted annual subscription to the business plan.

Regardless, if you are in sales or business development, and want a good lead sourcing tool to add to your toolkit, grab this one. I am glad I did!
