Q: 1) What plan are we mapped to?

2) I see you track opens, clicks, etc. But does my prospects are aware that I am using a software to track their opens & clicks?

A: As indicated on the deal page it's the "Scale" plan.

You can use custom domain tracking to limit the "visibility" to prospects that they are being tracked

Hello from Australia. I'm not sure I entirely understand what this product is or offers. My initial thoughts were that it was a crm with the ability to track all email sends, opens & link clicks (somewhat similar to how I can use ActiveCampaign now), but then I read that you said it wasn't a CRM... If not a CRM, then why & how do you import contacts into it? The thing that most grabbed my attention when I first read about leadcamp was a question asking if I was sick of using excel to track calls and leads, etc. My answer was an emphatic YES. I find excel is not ideal for this. However, I haven't found a CRM that I really like to use as an alternative. I do have the FREE Hubspot CRM, and I really like their app for when I am cold calling. I can dial from the app and add notes and followup bookings, etc. However, I don't think it can integrate with other tools (unless you pay their very high prices), so I assume I can't integrate LeadsCamp with it? Also, how will your tracking abilities be impacted by the introduction of iOS15, which is going to block email open tracking, amongst other things? I guess I'm just trying to come to terms with why I should buy this tool... Thanks in advance for your help Bram and apologies for the multiple questions mixed in.
