What’s the origin of the idea for your product?
I built LeadCRM to end the “LinkedIn to CRM shuffle.” As a founder doing outbound, I kept losing deals to bad data, duplicate records, and broken handoffs between LinkedIn and our CRM. A warm reply on LinkedIn would still show “cold” in the CRM—and we’d follow up wrong.
So we created a simple fix: embed the CRM inside LinkedIn, one-click push full profiles, and keep everything in sync with two-way updates and reliable enrichment. Fewer tabs, zero manual entry, no data drift.
LeadCRM exists because B2B selling starts on LinkedIn but wins in the CRM. We make sure nothing gets lost in between—so teams move faster and close more.
What problem is your product solving and how?
Problem We Solve
The LinkedIn → CRM gap: manual copy-paste, lost context, duplicates, and stale fields slow deals.
Disconnected workflows: LinkedIn replies don’t update CRM in real time, triggering wrong sequences.
Data quality issues: incomplete/invalid contacts hurt deliverability, targeting, and personalization.
How We Solve It
One-click capture from LinkedIn with full profile sync and instant duplicate prevention.
Real-time, two-way sync of messages, replies, notes, and fields between LinkedIn and the CRM.
Waterfall enrichment with multi-source verification to maximize accuracy, coverage, and freshness.
CRM context inside LinkedIn: see records, update fields, and trigger sequences without tab-switching.
What Sets Us Apart
True two-way sync that includes LinkedIn messaging/activity—not just basic contact push.
Superior data quality: multi-source validation, recency checks, and bounce-signal feedback loops keep emails and phones clean over time.
Fast, lightweight setup with native CRM integrations and admin-grade field mapping.
Opinionated, in-LinkedIn UX that preserves the CRM as the system of record—fewer tabs, faster cycles.
What’s the #1 thing you’re looking to gain from the AppSumo campaign?
Our top priority is high-quality feedback and word-of-mouth—so we can iterate fast and grow organically with an audience that loves using LeadCRM.
What are your plans with the customers, cash, and learnings from the AppSumo campaign?
Customers: Turn early users into product advocates—spark a viral loop via shareable wins, testimonials, and an affiliate program. Use customer input to drive a public roadmap based on real demand (not assumptions), reducing iteration waste and speeding to what matters.
Cash: Invest directly into product development—deeper two-way sync, superior data quality, and UX polish.
Learnings: Tighten product–market fit by prioritizing power-user feedback and tracking activation, time-to-first-value, and retention. Roadmap will reflect what customers actually want, not what we think they need.
What’s Next
Near term: Double down on sales-team workflows.
Next horizon: Add integrations and flows for recruiting (candidate pipelines, messaging sync, enrichment), expanding beyond sales while keeping the same clean, in-LinkedIn experience.
