Q: Inquiry about Contact Enrichment Credits and Additional Costs
Hello LeadCRM Team,
1. Credit Usage and Definition
Do the 200 credits indicated in Tier 3 correspond to 200 enriched contacts (email and phone) or to 200 exports?
Does one credit equate to enriching a complete contact (email + phone) or to each separate data point?
2. Additional Credit Costs and Purchasing
If I need to enrich 500 contacts per month, what would be the additional cost and the purchase method for the credits?
Do you offer extra credit packages with a volume discount or a fixed monthly billing?
3. Credit Rollover
Do unused credits roll over to the following month, or do they expire at the end of the billing cycle?
4. External Service Costs
Does the enrichment process utilize external services with variable costs (e.g., third-party query charges), or does the price per credit already include everything?

Lead finder credits are 60 and not 200. 2. You can buy more credits anytime from backend with each credits costing 0.055$when bought in bulk (they don't expire for 1 year)

Q: Does this deal include to use of the public API?
I would like to integrate the data directly to my CRM, but it is not listed in your integrations. Buying this LTD, will I be able to use LeadCRM's public API to integrate it with my CRM (export and sync data of people, companies, and conversations)?
It is not mandatory to have a Sales Navigator account to use search for people and companies and export found data, right?
A: Yes public APIs are available in Tier 3. http://api.leadcrm.io/ Currently we support enrichment (both our lead search and Waterfall enrichment) apis
Q: Please add Kondo type Inbox management as well
Any chance you will add add Kondo type Inbox management?? Would make this a tier 3 instant buy for me.

If you compare Kondo its yearly deal and just have Inbox management.
We will surely offer as Addon when available to all Appsumo users but it wont be part of Tier 3. So please dont buy Tier 3 for Inbox management.

Q: LinkedIn Reputation
Can we sync our regular linkedIn account or need to create a separate one?
Would like to know the any issues with connecting a third part app with linkedin as the linkedin contacts are built by years of efforts.

Not sure what do you mean by create separate account but we support all version of LinkedIn.
We are not a scraping tool and more of a productivity workflow.
We are GDPR compliant and we don't store any LinkedIn Data on our servers. We work as a bridge between LinkedIn and CRM.

Q: Thank you for your previous fast replies. Other question:Is it mandatory to have a Sales Navigator account?
Is a Sales Navigator account required to search for people and companies and export profile data?
Is it possible to synchronize contact data without having a Sales Navigator account? Automatic or manual?

Edited Sep 28, 2025A: Sales Nav is not required to use any of our Lead enrichment features or to sync any linkedin profiles.
We support Sales Nav Bulk export, but tool does not need Sales Nav to work.
We have our own Lead Search (within leadcrm) which is not connected to Linkedin in anyway.
