Q: Limitations on the field mapping

Is there a reason why you can only map Linkedin fields to text and phone fields in the CRM?

For starters date fields in most CRMs are not text fields. So just trying to bring the lead's bday is a night mare. But the best example is the one field most of this programs use to identify the contact in the CRM: the linkedin URL. The problem is that in most CRMs that field is a URL field.

A: As answered before this is by design so ensure we can support all the CRMs, we will add more logic and support for field types as we grow. You can check roadmap to find same things planned. Do check the roadmap.

If linkmatch is not providing enough value you should cancel that to avoid monthly annoying fees.

If you want to avoid that monthly subscription this will be your best alternative...

Q: How many contacts per day or month can be used for waterfall enrichment? What's the limit?

With TIER 2, how many contacts can be enriched in one go?

A: Waterfall enrichment can be used only while adding person from LinkedIn and not while using our internal Lead Search.

So waterfall enrichemnt is limited by no of Sync available in your account.

If you have sync available and using only LeadCRM as only source it will allow based on Lead credits you have. If you bring you own key, it won't consume any leads credits from LeadCRM.

Q: Automatic language match

Can I work the prompts or something such that LeadCRM identifies language of comments or message and then generate replies in the same language?
Can I use templates in several language (English and Spanish), and left LeadCRM use the right language template depending of the profile language of the profile of destination?
If not, could I, at leat, to establish that all the messages and comments be always generated in one specific language?

A: Yes, we do have the option. Either set it as default in the backend AI response section or in the popup click on Advance setting and select Post Langauge. AI will detect the language and comment in Post's language. Ref: https://postimg.cc/cr310Crt

Templates are language independent, you can create different Templates & shortcuts with translated content but LeadCRM does not detect language in...

Q: Please add Kondo type Inbox management as well

Any chance you will add add Kondo type Inbox management?? Would make this a tier 3 instant buy for me.

A: Thats a good question. We may add in future but it wont available in Tier 3.
If you compare Kondo its yearly deal and just have Inbox management.

We will surely offer as Addon when available to all Appsumo users but it wont be part of Tier 3. So please dont buy Tier 3 for Inbox management.

Q: LinkedIn Reputation

Can we sync our regular linkedIn account or need to create a separate one?

Would like to know the any issues with connecting a third part app with linkedin as the linkedin contacts are built by years of efforts.

Not sure what do you mean by create separate account but we support all version of LinkedIn.

We are not a scraping tool and more of a productivity workflow.

We are GDPR compliant and we don't store any LinkedIn Data on our servers. We work as a bridge between LinkedIn and CRM.
