Right now we have bulk export for Sales Nav only but we do plan to add Recruiter support as well in near future. Even we will add more native integrations with recruitement focused CRMs.
1. leads finder feature you have it sounds like your tool doesnt give us access to apollo or linkedin sales navigator and you need to bring your own license is that correct? 2. if we need our own licenses to the tools above to find leads why is there AI credit limits on this tool?
not what I mean I mean if your platform can be used to contact the leads from your platform not via exporting and using another platform for speaking to leads
Okay got it. No we dont automate Email or Linkedin. But we will add native integration with Instantly.io, SalesStack.com & Smartlead.

Q: LImits and automation
I am refering to my previous question, unfortunatelly the "answer" does not have enough space, so I wrote a new question.
I totally understand you need to "limit" syncs somehow and the offer is generous anyway, but I´d love to see another way to deal with "active syncs" as the way it is now it requires a lot of manual work: Deciding which users to sync, clicking a button and "unlink" them later when new contacts need to be synced.
Would scenarious like "Automatically start syncing when a PM is sent" and "Automatically stop syncing when no change happened for a whole month" be possible?
Or would it be possible to have a "passive light-sync" that does not sync all the data but just looks like once a month if something "happened" and give me the option to "turn on" or "turn off" the syncing for this contact?
Yes you are correct. From 2nd month you will go from 501 to 1000. And yes it wil be sustainable for us. Dont worry about it. We did the math :)
PS: Do try our Enrichment Data and waterfall Tech, as that will be huge for anyone who is prospecting on LinkedIn.
Q: First questions
Hi everybody,
this sounds VERY interesting and I love that you also have Pipedrive integrated. Here are the first questions that come to my mind:
1. Tier 3 allows up to 500 Syncs per Month. How is this calculated and how is this managed? Is it only synced manually (when I click on a button) or is there an automatic sync? How does LeadCRM decide which Contacts need to be synced? What happens after the 500 Syncs are done?
2. I am working with a Team. Can multiple LinkedIn-Profiles be connected to LeadCRM?
3. What means "2-way-sync"? What data needs to be transfered from my CRM to LinkedIn?
1. It's the number of profiles that you add using LeadCRM. Once you add a profile, it will consume 1 credit, and going forward, any updates/message syncs won't be considered as new credits for that profile. We only start syncing messages automatically after you add the profile manually from the LinkedIn UI.
Q: Is it possible for LeadCRM automate the Linkedin Invite messages
I would like to automate sending connection requests with a note. Is this possible with LeadCRM?
Arpan_LeadCRM
Sep 15, 2025A: No, we don't automate any action on LinkedIn.
You can use Templates to write faster.

Thank you for the response!
Q: What LinkedIn licenses are needed?
Hi team,
Does it only work with salesnavigator?
What about Recruiter or no license at all?
Arpan_LeadCRM
Sep 15, 2025A: Hey,
It works with normal LinkedIn as well.
Right now we have bulk export for Sales Nav only but we do plan to add Recruiter support as well in near future. Even we will add more native integrations with recruitement focused CRMs.

Edited Sep 15, 2025A: Thanks for taking time to look at LeadCRM.
1) No, we do have our own Lead Finder Database, and you get full access to it. We have more than 700M+ profiles and data is way better than Apollo.
You can bring you own API key if you want to add it as part of Waterfall enrichment.
We dont lock you with only our Lead finder, if you want you can add more vendors to ensure you always get the...

Thanks for clarifying my questions. To follow up can we also cold email contacts from your lead finder? for example like: https://instantly.ai/
Yes you can export and even directly push to CRM.
Use it to bulk export from Sales Nav list as well.
And if you are going to compare with Instantly Database, you are going to find out leads far superior. :)

Edited Sep 15, 2025A: No this is not total limit. This is new contacts per month, so on second month you are starting at 501 and not 1.
So there is no need to unlink or delete in anyway.
Hope that helps and I was able to answer your question.

Do you mean in the second month I can add number 501 to 1.000 while the old numbers 1 to 500 are still getting synced?
That would be very generous, but I wonder if this is sustainable for you.
