Q: Inquiry about Contact Enrichment Credits and Additional Costs
Hello LeadCRM Team,
1. Credit Usage and Definition
Do the 200 credits indicated in Tier 3 correspond to 200 enriched contacts (email and phone) or to 200 exports?
Does one credit equate to enriching a complete contact (email + phone) or to each separate data point?
2. Additional Credit Costs and Purchasing
If I need to enrich 500 contacts per month, what would be the additional cost and the purchase method for the credits?
Do you offer extra credit packages with a volume discount or a fixed monthly billing?
3. Credit Rollover
Do unused credits roll over to the following month, or do they expire at the end of the billing cycle?
4. External Service Costs
Does the enrichment process utilize external services with variable costs (e.g., third-party query charges), or does the price per credit already include everything?

Lead finder credits are 60 and not 200.
2. You can buy more credits anytime from backend with each credits costing 0.055$when bought in bulk (they don't expire for 1 year)
3. Monthly credits don't roll over which comes with plan. Only addition addon credits has 1 year expiry.
4. Lead Credits are used when you use our Enrichment. Others you can bring your own key, we don't charge anything for that usage.
